Public Event

Private Event
This contact form is for you! We will respond within 24 hours to confirm all of the specifics and ensure that we have a shared vision for your desserts.

We do require one week minimum lead time and a deposit. The order is not accepted and we cannot move forward without the deposit.

If the event date is more than two weeks out, a 50% deposit is required. The remainder will be due two weeks before the event date.

If the event date is in under two weeks, payment in full is required at the time of order.

Private Event Policy

All custom orders must be placed, at a minimum, one week before the event. Earlier is always better.

Your order is NOT booked without the deposit.

Over two weeks out: 50% deposit is due at the time of order. Remaining balance due two weeks before the event date.

Less than two weeks out: Full payment due at time of order.​​

No order changes, or cancellations, will be accepted within two weeks of the event date.

For orders placed more than two weeks out, SoDough Pastry House offers a 72 hour cancelation window from the time that the order is placed. Monetary refunds will not be issued on any orders after this 72 hour window.

Cancellations made prior to the two week mark, but after the initial 72-hour window, will be honored as store credit towards another order. A refund will not be issued.
